Whether you are new to the Enneagram or you are experienced in using this tool, join us as we explore the three ways of knowing called the “Centers of Intelligence”: the mind, heart, and body. We spend most of life overusing one, underusing another, and misusing all three. In this workshop, we will focus on how different Enneagram Types share a repressed (underused) center of intelligence, known as Stances.
Enneagram teachers agree that bringing awareness to our repressed center is a starting place for personal growth. To help us see and respond with clarity we need all three centers working actively and in balance. This workshop will help participants begin to recognize the three centers at work in their daily life, help them identify which center is underused,
and learn how to access the wisdom of their hearts, minds, and bodies. For those new to the Enneagram, this workshop will help them begin to practice awareness and narrow down their “Type” to three likely possibilities. Those experienced in the Enneagram will deepen their understanding and application of the gifts of the Enneagram using practical exercises for personal transformation.
