Relieve stress and feel more joy. Build stronger families. Journey to Inner Peace and let’s take the mystery out of mindfulness, meditation, and visualization. Learn ways to soothe your mind and body. Join us for all four sessions or pick and choose which to attend. Some sessions are for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and children; others are for adults only. This group experience is also geared for those who work with children and teens.

Our Facilitator for this series is Vicki Atlas Israel, CGIP

Group 1: Families with Children, ages 6 to 11 – 1:30 to 3:00 PM

Introduction: Journey to Inner Peace
Learn ways to add more calm and peace at home. You will also “Discover Your Safe Place to Heal.”
September 8
Stepping into Your Future:
How would you like to walk into a bright new future? We will learn how to set a goal,
visualize it, then do a walking meditation.

Group 2: Families with Teens, ages 12 to 18 – 3:30 to 5:00 PM
August 11
Introduction: Journey to Inner Peace
Learn how to reduce stress and pain to find more peace. You will also “Discover Your Safe Place to Heal.”
September 8
Stepping into Your Future:
How would you like to walk into a bright new future? We will learn how to set a goal, visualize it, then do a walking meditation.

Group 3:  Adults only  –  1:30 to 3:00 PM
August 18 Love Is Letting Go of Fear Are you ready to release stress and fear? Old hurts
and wounds? Learn better-coping strategies as you discover a loving coach within.    
September 15 Letting Go With Gratitude Learn how to empower your best life.
Experience gratitude in a whole new light with guided imagery and journaling.

Attend one or more sessions. Adults may also attend without children.
For best results, we ask that one adult accompany up to two children in the family sessions. (Children and teens must attend with an adult, as no childcare is available. For those with children in different age groups, consider attending with different children on different weeks.)
