Mindfulness in Nature: Saturday, October 5, 2019
Check-in: 8:30 a.m. Program 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (Bring a bag lunch)
Experience mindfulness meditation outside, in a small group, being present to yourself and your relationship to nature. Learn about Mindfulness, practice sitting and lying down meditations, experience mindful eating, walking meditation, and mindful nature activities. No prior experience with meditation is necessary. Rain or shine. Group size limited.
A list of things to bring will be sent when you register.

Led by Lucy Freeman. Lucy is a mindfulness practitioner and guide. She has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2009 and leading groups since 2011. Her practice includes Insight and Lovingkindness Meditation. She co-leads a Metta Meditation Group. She has found nature to be awakening to the gifts of life & would like to share this passion with you.
