Join us for 4 ninety minute classes exploring the practices and benefits of mindfulness and gaining support in establishing a daily practice, including resources to enhance a daily practice.

Wednesday evenings: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Mercy Conference and Retreat Center

July 25, and August 1, 8 and 15  

4 week session = $120 in advance

Note:  Dinner is not included.  August 15th class will go to 7:30 p.m. to include a wine & cheese celebration

Topics:  mindful breathing, mindful listening and speaking, mindful eating, body scan, loving-kindness for others and self, and the neuroscience underlying the benefits of: mindfulness, reducing stress, better physical and emotional health, slowing the aging of the brain, strengthening relationships

Our Instructor:  Coke Hennessy has a mindfulness practice for over 20 years and is a certified mindfulness instructor, teaching mindfulness for over a decade.
