6 Week Session
Men and women of all ages and ability levels are welcomed into this relaxing, safe and spacious environment where we build flexibility, strength, and balance while learning stress management and mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind, increase concentration, and build body confidence and holistic health. Please bring a yoga mat and dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
Instructor: Barb Michael – Barb is a health and fitness consultant and owner of Optimal Lifestyles, Inc. She is a certified yoga instructor and is registered in Yoga Alliance’s Yoga Teacher Registry. Barb has a graduate degree in Health Science from Washington University. She is also certified as an Exercise Physiologist, an Exercise is Medicine Instructor, a Personal Fitness Trainer, and a Group Exercise instructor.
