The auditorium is Mercy Conference and Retreat Center’s largest meeting room at 68’ x 56’, with a capacity for up to 200. Setup options:

• Theater style (middle aisle) – 200
• Closed U – 60 capacity
• Open U – 50 capacity
• Round tables (7 chairs each) – 125 capacity
• Circle of chairs – 80/100 capacity
• Classroom style – 80/100 capacity

The auditorium also has:

• A full-size stage, large screen for presentations and excellent audio equipment including hand-held microphones, lavaliere microphones, and podiums.
• Space for additional rectangular display tables along the perimeter of the room for materials and other items needed by groups.
• Space for round tables with chairs around the perimeter of the room (three on each side) unless the group is large or specifically asks that there be no round tables in the room.
• Space available to them in the large, airy entrance hall.
• Additional tables for sign-in and display items can be set up to meet specific needs.
• Continental breakfast and morning and afternoon breaks are served in this area.

The Round Room is ideal for medium-to-large groups, measuring 120’ x 44’ with a capacity of up to 60+. Setup options:

• Round tables (7 chairs each) – 63 capacity
• Theater style – 40-60 capacity
• Closed U – 35 capacity
• Open U – 32 capacity
• Circle of chairs/no tables – 60 capacity 

The room can be configured with a standing screen and necessary audiovisual components.

The St. Joseph Room is suitable for medium to smaller groups, measuring 20′ x 46′, with a capacity of up to 30. Setup options:

• Round tables (5 chairs each) – 30 capacity
• Theater style – 30 capacity
• Closed U – 30 capacity
• Circle of Chairs – 30 capacity

The room includes a smart tv with an HDMI hookup for showing presentations or videos.   Alternatively, it can include a screen and projection system. 

The Marian Room is suitable for medium to smaller groups, measuring 20′ x 20′, with a capacity of up to 20. Setup options:

•  Round tables (6 chairs each) – 20 capacity
•  Theater style (no aisle) – 20 capacity
•  Square – 15-16 capacity
•  Open U – 12-13 capacity
•  Circle of chairs – 12 capacity

The room includes a smart tv with an HDMI hookup for showing presentations or videos.   Alternatively, it can include a screen and projection system. 

The St. Louis Conference Room is suitable for groups up to 22 participants. The room is set up as a Closed U configuration.
