As you can see below, we offer a variety of programs throughout the year ranging from book discussions/subject lectures that last a few hours, to days of reflection, weekend and week-long retreats.
You may initiate the registration process for any of our programs by clicking on the program name below. You may pay online using a credit card, or you may choose to mail in a check. Please note that registration for all of our programs is complete upon receipt of payment.
Men and women of all ages and ability levels are welcomed into this relaxing, safe and spacious environment where we build flexibility, strength, and balance while learning stress management and mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind, increase concentration, and build body confidence and holistic health.
