Staff
MCRC employs six full-time and five part-time staff, including two who are certified spiritual directors. Adjunct professionals supplement these full-time employees for the spirituality programming, individual spiritual companioning, and mind/body wellness. Administrative staff provides service to guests and groups from their first call to MCRC through their final day on the campus. Maintenance, catering services and some housekeeping services are provided through a contract arrangement.
Executive Director: Dawn Stringfield
Dawn became the first lay person to lead the organization in 2011. She has 24 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, along with an additional 20 years in business and technology. In addition to her management background, she facilitates guided silent retreats, practices Centering Prayer and meditation, has written articles for various publications, and is an accomplished liturgical singer/songwriter. Prior to coming to MCRC, she worked in nonprofits focused on ending domestic violence, developing leadership potential, and empowering individuals in recovery through education.

Board of Directors
Our board of directors includes 8 committed members with experience in nonprofits, health care, conference and retreat ministries, interfaith and parish work, education, pastoral care, social work, marketing and media, development and finance. The board meets quarterly.
