Experience mindfulness meditation outside, in a small group, being present to yourself and your relationship to nature.

  • Practice sitting and lying down meditations
  • Experience mindful eating
  • Walking meditation
  • Mindful nature activities
No prior experience with meditation is necessary.

Led by Lucy Freeman.  Lucy is a mindfulness practitioner and guide.  She has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2009 and leading groups since 2011.  Her practice includes Insight and Lovingkindness Meditation.  She co-leads a Metta Meditation Group.  She has found nature to be awakening to the gifts of life & would like to share this passion with you.
