We offer a variety of programs throughout the year ranging from book discussions/subject lectures that last a few hours, to days of reflection, weekend and week-long retreats.
Examples of programs include yoga, mindfulness, care for the caregiver, 12-step spirituality, and relaxation through music. We collaborate with individuals and organizations to ensure that programming remains relevant and responsive to an ever-changing population.
