Sacred Earth

Sacred Earth:
Revealing the Divine Through Nature

Come appreciate and share your thoughts on mystic poets evoking Earth as sacred. Allow Noeli Lytton, an eager facilitator of soulful poetry, to lead you through a gentle reading and discussion of three brilliant authors. Poets Mary Oliver, Gerard Manley Hopkins and Jelahuddin Rumi reveal Divine presence through keen observation of nature. Each considered a mystic in search of the Beloved, their poetry evokes the Creator’s care, human longing and ecstasy using fresh intensity and originality. Through these poets, Earth speaks to us of Divine presence. Each month, visit poetry by one of these poets and walk way moved, deepened and revived. Poems provided, insight invited, and illumination expected.
