Check-in at the Mercy Center occurs around 3 p.m.
Team kickoff meeting from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm = Ice breaker, ground rules, review agenda, brainstorm other topics, etc.
Dinner at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Free time or group activity 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
This could be free time to walk the grounds, read, socialize in small groups, etc.
This could be an organized group activity such as a scavenger hunt, yoga, etc.
Social 8:00pm – 10:00 pm
Teams may bring their own snacks and beverages.
Teams may arrange for the Mercy Center to cater the social at an additional cost.
Breakfast at 7:30 am to 8:30 am
Guests check out of their rooms and leave luggage at the front desk by 9:00 a.m.
Morning Meetings at the group’s discretion from 9:00 am to noon.
Beverage/snack breaks are included in the morning.
Lunch from noon to 1:00 pm.
Afternoon meetings at the group’s discretion from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
